Composition

Matricaria flower (Matricariae flos)
black elder flower (Sambuci flos) 25 % (0,375 g)
lime flower (Tiliae flos) 25 % (0,375 g)
wild thyme herb (Serpylli herba) 25 % (0,375 g).

Preparation

Pour boiling water (0,25 l) on 1 tea bag (1,5 g) and leave it 5 - 8 min to infuse in covered cup. Do not boil. Prepare immediately before use.

3 - 5 times a day
