Ingredients
- Chamomile, flower (Matricaria recutita) (25%);
- dandelion, leaf (Taraxacum officinale) (25%);
- peppermint, leaf (Mentha piperita) (15%);
- lemon balm, leaf (Melissa officinalis) (15%);
- lemon verbena, leaf (Aloysia citriodora);
- star anise, fruit (Illicium verum)
Preparation
1 infusion bag (1.5 g) is poured over 0.2 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 5-8 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. The infusion is drunk warm, 1-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
