Preparation

Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried goldenrod herb and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain. It must not be cooked. The infusion is drunk warm 2-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
